Confirmations 

 The confirmations menu lets you determine how careful you
 want to be about file operations.

 Norton Commander makes it easy to perform powerful disk
 operations such as copying or deleting entire directories,
 with just a few keystrokes.

 By default, Commander has all confirmations turned on.
 You will be prompted with "Are You Sure....?" for all
 disk operations that you perform.
 If however you do not want to be asked confirmations
 can be turned off.
 This makes Commander faster to use, but you have to
 very careful, as all operations are done immediately.
